Don't see your insurance company listed?
I can bill your insurance as an out of network provider. Please check with your insurance company to verify the details of your out of network benefits.
If you don't have insurance or I'm not in your insurance network
I do offer a sliding fee scale based on your monthly income. If you make $2,000/month or less the cost is $65/session. If you make $2,001-$2,999/month the cost is $85/session. If you make $3,000+/month the cost is $100/session. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long.
Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check or credit card.
A note for parents- I'm not able to provide counseling for a child or teen who doesn't want to come. Counseling can't be forced & is only effective if someone wants to come & will engage. With that said, it's common for children to be hesitant to come to counseling the first time. They don't know the counselor & it can be awkward. They are unsure what is going to happen. It can be uncomfortable to share information with a stranger. If that is the case, parents can encourage their child to come once or twice to give counseling a try, but don't force them to come. If they are willing to come & open to counseling they soon realize counseling is a safe place with a positive focus on providing them support & help. With a good attitude, children & teens often find counseling very helpful. If a child or teen doesn't want to come, some parents find it helpful to come to counseling alone to receive support & encouragement.

If we are meeting over the phone, please email or fax them to me.
If we are meeting in office, please bring them to our first session. New client forms are under the Forms tab on the left side of this homepage. You will need to print 2 forms-
The PDS/Consent Form
The Assessment Form based on the client's age
If you are seeking counseling for a child, my policy for the first session is to meet with the parent or guardian alone so we can talk about family background & history without your child present.
